How to enter safe mode on Xperia Tipo

In this article i will show you how to enter safe mode on sony xperia tipo. So what is safe mode? and for what purpose? when you need the safe mode?

Safe mode puts your phone in a diagnostic state (returned to default settings) so you can determine if a third party app is causing your device to freeze/reset/run slow.

Safe mode will temporarily disables all applications that have been installed. Performing this troubleshooting step is necessary to determine whether a 3rd party application is the cause of an OS / application issue.

Here's step by step how to enter safe mode on sony xperia tipo :

• turn off / shutdown  your phone
• and then turn back on your phone
• during the "sony" and "xperia" boot logo press volume rocker down (-) repeatedly
• if you do it correctly the phone will vibrate and you will see "Safe mode" text on the left bottom of the screen, like this :

To exit safe mode, simply reboot / restart your phone, it will back to normal mode. Note that during safe mode any third party application is not loaded and you can't do screenshot.
